TicketTruth is a free, informational directory. We do not sell tickets, process payments, or hold inventory. We exist to help fans find the verified primary source for live events before they accidentally purchase from a resale marketplace.

No resale links

We never link to StubHub, Vivid Seats, SeatGeek resale inventory, Viagogo, or any other secondary marketplace. If you believe a link on TicketTruth points anywhere other than an official primary source, please use the “Report scam / wrong link” button on the listing.

Accuracy & availability

On-sale times, presale codes, pricing, and availability are determined by the official source and can change without notice. We work hard to keep listings accurate but make no warranty of any kind regarding completeness or timeliness. Always confirm details on the official source before purchasing.

Privacy

Using TicketTruth requires an account so we can personalize your searches, save your venue history, and send the alerts you opt in to. We collect only the account information you provide (such as your email and/or phone number) and use it strictly to operate the service, send launch updates, and deliver the alerts you requested. We do not sell or rent personal information. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

We use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to count searches and click-throughs so we can improve the directory. We do not build advertising profiles.

Pricing, refunds & resale disclaimer

All ticket links provided on TicketTruth direct you to the official ticketing websites for each venue. TicketTruth makes every effort to provide you with the most accurate ticket information based on the information supplied by the venues. However, ticket prices may change due to promotions or other factors, and TicketTruth cannot guarantee the lowest possible price.

People selling tickets on the secondary market may reduce their prices as the show approaches to avoid losing the money they spent on tickets. Venues may also adjust pricing, including lowering prices from the original amount, and typically do not issue refunds for price differences. In general, venues do not allow refunds, except as required by law or stated in their official policies.

Important: Sports venues may use one ticketing program for sports games and a different program for other events. DO NOT ASSUME the same ticketing system or pricing applies to both types of events.

By using TicketTruth to access official ticketing links, you acknowledge that TicketTruth is not responsible for pricing changes, refunds, or resale activities set by the venue or ticketing platform.

Accuracy of event data

All venue and event data displayed on TicketTruth is either sourced from official venue websites or clearly labeled as a sample/placeholder until verified by our team. We do not display ticket pricing on TicketTruth — always confirm price on the official source.
